18X Series Sachet Component Dispenser

18:1 drive sausage guns are designed for 300ml, 400ml and 600ml soft pack. It’s perfect for medium and high viscosity (e.g. construction adhesive,  PU ... etc). Sturdy aluminum alloy handle and steel trigger can make you durably use it. Like single component caulk guns, there is rotary type of anodized aluminum barrel on the sausage guns. It means you can easily apply the caulk anywhere even on the corner. All series sausage guns are equipped with patented quick fit design. You can easily remove the end cap without tools. We offer two kinds of kits that can make your sausage guns become multi-functional caulk tool. Installing our 2-in-1 plunger can accommodate cartridge while installing our 3-in-1 plunger can accommodate cartridge and bulk. There is an option to add handle and trigger protect case to reduce the risk of bumps. If you have material preference, you could choose aluminum alloy, PP transparent and PC translucent barrel. Some customers may prefer same functions as 18 series sausage gun, but have higher drive performance. If you do, you can refer our 26X series sausage gun.
